PCC invites you to celebrate the acquisiton of a Steinway Concert Grand Piano as the faculty performs in concert on Friday, May 9th at 8:00pm in Harbeson Hall.
The faculty will perform piano music by Infante, mystic Scriabin; Ravel's delicate neo-classical
Sonatine, and a according to pianist and piano faculty member Phil Young, "a chunk of Rachmaninoff" . The program will feature an arrangement of Peter and the Wolf for two pianos. And concert goers are promised a surprise at the end.
The concert is open to the public. General admission is $10.00 at the door. Students, seniors, faculty and card carrying alumni are only $5.00. Doors will open one hour before the performance.
